Choose from a variety of popular menu selections or work with Chef Juan Manuel to create a unique dish for your occasion! Ginger Garden Lounge specializes in healthy cuisine, offering a variety of vegetarian, low-carb and gluten-free options for special diets. Eat lightly with the Southeast Asian starters, like Shrimp Balls on sugarcane sticks with red curry coconut sauce, Pork spring rolls with sweet ginger chili sauce or the top-selling Chicken Lettuce Cups and Tuna Tartare.
